Brenna and Thomas - TCB Farms - Lancaster, Ohio

At the beginning of this month, I had the honor of photographing Brenna and Thomas’s wedding at TCB Farms here in Lancaster! They were originally supposed to tie the knot last May, but unfortunately had to reschedule due to Covid. It was such a fun and beautiful day. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Brenna and Thomas booked me a couple years ago, so I’ve been with them through all the ups and downs of rescheduling and planning a new wedding. It made it even more special for me to be able to finally capture their big day and I’m so glad my job gives me the opportunity to meet such good people!

Brenna and Thomas chose to do a first look and read their private vows to each other right before the ceremony. It was a really sweet moment! I’m a huge fan of first looks just because they’re always pretty emotional whether it’s with your fiance or a family member. Brenna and Thomas had “his” and “her” vow books to read from; I love personal touches like that!

After their ceremony, we photographed their families, the wedding party, and Brenna and Thomas together. I love the way their portraits turned out! They are both completely flawless. Brenna and Thomas are so in love and you can really see that in their photos. For dinner, they served breakfast food. I’d never had breakfast food at a wedding before, but I think it should happen more often! For toasts, they had their maid of honor and best man give speeches. Both of them talked about how such good people Brenna and Thomas are. I know I wasn’t the only one nodding along the whole time.

We wrapped up the night with some sunset photos and dancing! Brenna and Thomas were surrounded by so many loving friends and family. One of the best things about photographing weddings is that I get to see and capture so much love and their day was no different. My cheeks hurt at the end of the day from smiling so much and I left with a full heart! Congratulations Brenna and Thomas and thank you again for allowing me to photograph such an important day!
