Meagan and Kyle - Scale Haus Event Barn

Meagan and Kyle FINALLY got married on June 12th at The Scale Haus Event Barn; it’s been a long time coming! Meagan and Kyle were originally supposed to get married last year, but well.. COVID. It was so much fun for me to see them again after so long and celebrate their marriage with them!

Because of the amount of rain we had the day before, Meagan and Kyle had to move their ceremony inside. I totally feel like it was meant to happen! The ceremony barn is so beautiful and allows in so much natural light. It was perfect! Before their ceremony, Meagan had a first look with her dad. So emotional! Kyle also sobbed as Meagan walked down the aisle and during their ceremony, they took keepsakes from their relationship and put it in a box Kyle had made, as a time capsule that they can open each year.

After the ceremony, we did our typical portraits and then got to the party! Meagan and Kyle’s DJ had everyone on the dance floor. It was so great to see all their friends and family having the best time! We took a break during their reception and did some sunset shots with Meagan's beetle bug. These are my favorite shots from the whole day!

After all the first dances, cake cutting, and partying was over, Meagan and Kyle had one last dance.. Just the two of them. I love this idea. Weddings are such a whirlwind and a lot of times it’s easy to be caught up in it and forget to spend time together. Having one last dance, just the two of you, is a way to reconnect before send off.

After their last dance, Meagan and Kyle had a sparkler exit and then drove off in Meagan’s beetle bug! It really was an amazing day and I'm so glad I got to be a part of it.
